Based in Englewood, NJ, A Nurtured Life Psychotherapy is very insurance savvy and is committed to work with your out-of-network benefits. Once you book your free consult, we’ll collect your insurance information and check your out of network coverage. Your coverage and cost estimate will be thoroughly explained to you prior to your first session.

While you are working with us, your fee will be collected on the day of your session, your claim will be submitted immediately, and your insurance will reimburse you based on your insurance plan.

$200 - 50 min sessions

$325 - 90 min sessions

Things to Consider

After meeting your out-of-network deductible, you can expect 60-80% of the session fee reimbursed

If you use your HSA or FSA funds, that saves you an extra 30% on your therapy costs.

You probably have an out-of-pocket max and if you meet that, therapy is free for the rest of the year!

So, all things considered, our average client ends up paying $40-$80 per session.
