Meet Audrey
Audrey Augustave, practice owner of A Nurtured Life Psychotherapy, is a results oriented therapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health and peer leadership. With a foundational belief that good therapy is always safe, but is not always comfortable; she is a strong proponent of a clinical process that provides an equal amount of compassion and challenge.

Professionally known as the Conflict Specialist, Audrey guides clients through interpersonal conflict present in marital, family, and friendship dynamics and assists in intrapersonal conflict found through grief, major life transitions, and long-term sobriety . Committed to her purpose, she serves the clinical community by training and educating clinicians on refining their therapy methods and exploring better intervention strategies for their clients.
